Ryan Dziedziech is a New York-born artist based in Bushwick whose work explores queerness and eroticism through technical precision and vibrant expression. Drawing since childhood and figure drawing since high school, his artistic identity crystallised after the pandemic when he learned to sustain an independent creative practice. Working primarily in colored pencil, Dziedziech captures the human form with both anatomical accuracy and bold chromatic choices. His figure studies balance classical draftsmanship with contemporary queer sensibility, using selective color to highlight intimate moments and emotional tension. The medium allows him to build layers of both pigment and meaning, creating works that are as much about desire and identity as they are about light and form. After studying theatrical design, Dziedziech found his voice working without academic structure. In 2023, he began attending local figure drawing sessions, connecting with NYC's art community through venues like Brooklyn Loft and moving beyond social media's limited reach.
Through Doable Guys, with mentorship from Court Watson and Kyle Anderson, he began selling work professionally in December 2024. His work has been exhibited at Dandyland eXXXhibition, CLAW Corp, Doable Guys' Fire Island Show, and Winterotica.
